Not a bad rant, but....If this franchise was in an east coast market it would've been much worse. NY, Philly, Boston, Jerry and Jason would be battered and bloodied. They are very lucky they are in a much more relaxed setting with more polite people.

I guess this solves the mystery of who should get all the credit for last year's season. I give Jerry 100% the Credit for 2014 and 100% the Blame for 2015. Garrett does not get any credit or blame for anything based on Norm's rant. Garrett is like the Seinfeld Show which was the Show about nothing in the 1990s. Garrett is the Head Coach of nothing. All he does is deposit huge sums of money checks every weeks into his Bank Account without the worry about any responsibility or accountability. I wish I could get this type of job.
