Vegas around Christmas

Having Christmas with the inlaws this year. Flying into Vegas a week tomorrow with my wife and having two nights there before driving to her folks.
Has anyone been at this time of year and have a recommendation for something I should make sure I do?

Vegas is Vegas. Fun at night, depressing during the day.

Haven't been there is years but the Glitter Gulch is an ol favorite. The surf and turf special really hits the spot.

Spa day at Caesar's is a good way to spend a day, though it's pricey. The burlesque circus shows are fun. Absinthe was the one I went to with the wife most recently, and it's probably still going. "Raunchy, but fun" is how I'd describe it.

Visit the Hoover Dam during the day. That place is awesome. It's about an hour drive from Vegas if I remember correctly. It's definitely worthy the trip. I visit almost every time I go to Vegas.
