My hot take:

If Dallas wins against skins (which I think they will):

1. TEN 3-13 (plays at Indy) (SOS .492)
2. CLE 3-13 (home against Steelers) (SOS .534)
3. SD 4-12 (at Denver) (SOS .523)
4. Miami 5-11 (home against NE) (SOS .449)
5. Jacksonville 5-11 (at Houston) (SOS .469)
6. Dallas 5-11 (home against Commanders) (SOS .538)
7. San Fran 5-11 (at home against Rams) (SOS .552)

If Dallas loses against skins (unlikely but possible):

1. TEN 3-13 (plays at Indy) (SOS .492)
2. CLE 3-13 (home against Steelers) (SOS .534)
3. SD 4-12 (at Denver) (SOS .523)
4. Dallas 4-12 (home against Commanders) (SOS .538)
5. Miami 5-11 (home against NE) (SOS .449)
6. Jacksonville 5-11 (at Houston) (SOS .469)
7. Dallas 5-11 (home against Commanders) (SOS .538)
8. San Fran 5-11 (at home against Rams) (SOS .552)

I like the second scenario because we get 2 picks in the top 7!

How can anyone say a Cowboys win is likely at this point? I don't get it.

Final game of the season at home against an overrated Rivalry opponent. I could definitely see us winning. Ugh.

No matter how this draft goes for the Cowboys, We at least have to have Elliott,Henry or Collins running the football next year.

If Denver loses to cincy this week I'm not sure they'll have anything to play for against San Diego. Maybe similar situation for NE.
Jax is def getting a L next week, Weeden is on fire. Lol

slight error there. Remove Dallas #7 in second scenario.

because Washington head coach came out and said health heading into playoffs is most important to him = 2nd string starters for most of that game.

not only that but Houston is playing for the division title.

We would be picking 4th according to gbn thanks to an unexpected win by Baltimore today.

The highest we can expect to draft is #3 overall if San Diego can upset Denver next Sunday.

We won't beat the skins so we are looking at the number 4 or perhaps the number 3 overall pick in this years draft.

Unless Cleveland is willing to pull the plug on the J Manziel experiment, and barring a trade up by a team behind us, we will have first dibs on the best qb in this years draft. That would make things interesting with regards to possible trade down opportunities.

The season can't end soon enough; it's been painful and slow.

We at least have a top 5 pick to look forward to this April.

As opposed to us playing Kellen Moore as our qb and Brice Butler as our number 1 wr?

We should combat Washington's resting players with our own to ensure the loss. Dez, McFadden, Lee, Hardy, McClain and anybody else who is remotely questionable with injury should be in sweatpants/play as little as possible.

If Denver loses they'll not even be assured of a playoff spot.

Why the Hell would we entertain the idea of a trade down if the best qb's was there? You watch our qb's play any football this year?
