There are locker room issues and there are locker room issues. Dallas had none, IMO. Media pushed that hard in a weak attempt. This teams defense relied way to heavily on the rushmen mentality with zero success.

The has to be dead on. Since taking charge, Jason Garrett has preached, supported, and demanded right attitudes and compliance to team standards.

Players have been cut when not in compliance, so those words aren't just useless.

There are a type of player demanded in Dallas, and audacious media or recalcitrant fans don't reflect what is expected and then demanded by a Cowboys player now. If a player can't toe the line when on the carpet, then he doesn't last long with other baggage as well. Team isn't lost on Jerry, Stephen, or Jason.

The scary thing is he was actually saying the " "s

Head injuries.

I've tried to fix that on occasion....widout success.

Crybabies have at him. Tell them all the ways we're not even close and he doesn't know his team.

I've read from what I must believe are very bright people that Romo and Dez being out played little to no part in any of our losses. Close or not they would've made little to no difference because Jerry and Jason and zero players and blah blah, etc, etc, so on and so forth.

I'll personally keep the bandwagon open for you all just in case of a miracle.

I'm sure they played hard and competed but they didn't play THAT HARD. And Lee doesnt know any other culture so ill take that with a grain of salt.

You can't tell me that with a straight face we played hard and had good culture when McClain is nonchalanting around and guys aren't playing with their hair on fire. That's what separates the best teams from the average teams. You don't have to look too far back to see that.. 2000 ravens, 2002 bucks, 2007 giants, 2008 Steelers, 2013 Seahawks and 2015 Broncos. Those defenses played hard, disciplined and aggressive football.

I'm not comparing our talent to those teams by any means. But I watched all those defenses and that was playing hard.

By now, Sean Lee knows what the deal is. The effort was there but the added pressure being exacted by an ineffective offense was simply too much to bear for the defense. They sucked it up and hung in there pretty well until the 4th quarter. Unfortunately, when the pressure situations arose by then, the energy simply wasn't available anymore for them to respond. It happens.

the nfl is about winning and losing and winning is the only thing that counts another debacle of a season like this last one and there will be lots of new culture in the locker room and in the coaching staff as well.

Hard to win games without your QB, WR and capable cornerbacks.

Ok how do other teams doit. Seems like every time we lose a important player the whole unit falls off. Dez goes down. Nobody steps up.. Tony goes down nobody steps up.. Scandrick goes down we get a interception. NE or Greenbay or Pitt brings guys off the street and keep winning.

So who stepped up for GB when A-Rod was lost for the year? How about the Patriots? Or Pittsburgh?
