Except the fact that going into 2014, Jerry and Steven were talking about it being a rebuilding year. Go back and watch the Jerry hearts Manziel interviews, all they talked about was rebuilding and for the first time, not feeling the team was a championship contender. The real problem is that this leadership can't or won't properly assess the roster.
