I would have. Even with the crazy synthetic marijuana story and final contract year. Would have solved our DE problem.

I think Leary is better than Cooper
Leary is a starting guard which is much harder to find than another TE. Even if Chandler is good at
blocking he's still worth less than Leary. I hope the Cowboys are able to keep him around because
he's not a bad player. Besides, we just signed our blocking TE back.

He plays DE not TE, think you have him confused with Scott.

I think they have liked Cooper since the draft.
Both have injury issues...one can get better...the other will get worse in time.

You do realize that just because Dallas tendered Leary at a 2nd round choice that he might not be viewed in the same light, right?
That means the Rams have themselves a first rounder in Case Keenum.
