If TMZ is correct police were told the assault was in her car and she had a small red mark on her hand and witnesses say they didn't see an assault.

Are these suppose to be two different incidents?

Yes he does. Because if he says the wrong thing or contradicts himself by accident in an interview it can come back to haunt that person even if innocent. So you absolutely, positively do not start giving interviews and speaking publicly until the dust settles a bit, he's spoken to an attorney and they've hatched out a plan on how to handle the issue.

And as we are seeing now, it appears that the overall "case" is starting to unravel a bit. Even wiser for Elliott to not say anything and see where this goes.

Who said domestic violence doesn't exist? It obviously does. The issue is the media jumping the gun, people playing judge and jury on social media, and the media still pretending it's absolutely absurd to even think a woman would lie about abuse. This is why court of public opinion is idiotic and "innocent until proven guilty" still makes sense. It should be applied outside of the court room as well.

The media has not blamed Zeke once so far why do you keep whining about the media. No one, deadpan, tmz espn has said zeke did this and will pay. They haven't.

The player from the countries number 1 sport with the number 1 selling jersey being accused via a police report of domestic violence is a news story.

again if everyone took your stance and blamed the evil media Ray Rice would never have been shown to be what he is.

of him asleep in her bed with her.

If you date the wrong type of girls, this is more likely to happen , but keep in mind birds of a feather flock together,
so if she is trashy, maybe he is too.

I think it is possible he got rough with her, and possibly more than one occasion.
It is also possible he didnt, I will wait and see what all comes out in next week or so.

That would make things even more suspicious. Either she allowed him into her room after he abused her in the car. Or the cops didn't realize where the abuse happened. Or she was lying on Instagram.

Its interesting how people blame the media when something happens to something on their side..

When that photo of Beckham jr popped up last year on instagram of him standing behind one of his male friends I saw cowboys fans all over the internet saying he was gay and on the down low etc...I don't recall anyone ever saying this is just the media or wait till we hear what he says etc..

Are you referring to the "girlfriend" aspect? If so, I think everyone knows I'm referring to other unrelated domestic abuse cases, not this case. How about this ..

Please keep all discussions to those specifically related to this case and only this case.
