Its interesting how people blame the media when something happens to something on their side..

When that photo of Beckham jr popped up last year on instagram of him standing behind one of his male friends I saw cowboys fans all over the internet saying he was gay and on the down low etc...I don't recall anyone ever saying this is just the media or wait till we hear what he says etc..

they just called him slurs and pointed and laughed as if he was gay he would be any less of a player or person.

Well in fairness, as pointed out, we would need to know who the witnesses are. Lets say the witnesses are all part of his crew........... they'd have a lot of incentive to not admit something happened.

This is why we need more information before we start popping off as to what he did or didn't do. Although, at this point, it does appear this girl's accusation is starting to spin itself out.

The issue is the media jumping the gun, people playing judge and jury on social media, and the media still pretending it's absolutely absurd to even think a woman would lie about abuse. This is why court of public opinion is idiotic and "innocent until proven guilty" still makes sense. It should be applied outside of the court room as well.

The instagram said she was thrown around her apartment and showed multiple bruises.

If TMZ is correct police were told the assault was in her car and she had a small red mark on her hand and witnesses say they didn't see an assault.

Are these suppose to be two different incidents?

She said in that first post it has gone on for months, both physical and verbal abuse. she said someone told her it was "tough love"
and that basically she was tired of it.

I have said NOTHING about the Zeke case other than how I expect the media to react in the coming days. I never once mentioned the media, in this particular case, jumping the gun yet.

Perfect example of a story that hit, much like this and within 24 hours it was decided that nothing happened and it was forgotten. If it's not true this won't stick to Zeke.
If it is true then he'll wear it his entire career. Even now you can kind of tell it's not a huge priority story. I thought it was going to be everywhere but I've only seen it on ESPN's scroll it'st behind both Dennis Green and Leveon Bell.

I think it is possible he got rough with her, and possibly more than one occasion.

Honestly, innocent until proven guilty and already proven innocent of the alledged attack in the parking lot by 4 witnesses. Unless the parking lot has a camera saying different he has nothing to worry about on that charge and nothing the NFL can do IMO. I would sue the NFL if they tried anything with that information.

My point is if you are not guilty and stand up and say that nothing bad will come of it, but yes obviously no lawyer would ever advise a client guilty or not to speak if they are not required to.

But the nfl will be investigating those instagram photos. Those are the ones he has to worry about and hopefully clear himself of.
