I think it gets called more often then not. Qb is sliding and the defensive player comes in from behind at head level. That feels like an almost auto flag.

For ANY other QB it would have been a flag. Not being a homer. Just calling it how I've seen it called throughout the league.

Tom Brady? Aaron Rogers? Drew Brees? Can't lay a finger on them. Tony Romo? Do what you want.

Also I thought the celebrating that the Seattle player that hit Tony was really classless. But that's expected from that team. They're like the Eagles of the 90's.
