There is too much music that I really like to narrow it down to my favorite song.

However I will say I have been listening to a few different CDs more than others.

During weed eating and mowing - Old Metallica switch between Kill em all and Master of Puppets.

In the car - Switching between slash World on Fire and Apocalyptic Love

At Work - Revolting Cocks aka Revco cd Sex-O Olympic-O

Shower time - Journey Greatest Hits

Do you ever rock some blues like Joe Bonamassa, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, or Stevie Ray Vaughan? Those guys are incredible. Some of the only music that really stands up to some of my favorite Metal.

There's a lot of good in "Right the Lightning" too.

Ride :)

Their first three albums are gold. Their next two are extremely good, then it really starts to get sketchy. Load and Re-Load produced some of my favorite Metallica songs, but other music on the albums blew goats. St. Crap is well, St. Crap.

I like about five songs on Death Magnetic. I've only heard the first song on their new album. Seems to be a mix of Death Magnetic and really fast like the old stuff. Still sounds far more Death Magnetic than old school Metallica as they have been pumping so hard up everyone's butt. Guess they don't like the fact that their fans are moving away from their music.

They were moving away from what they were and fans didn't appreciate it. I get that bands and music evolves over time, but they changed just a bit too much for a lot of their fans. I really liked them until Load and Reload. There are a few songs on those two and after that are okay, but are the exception rather than the rule. I even really enjoyed their Black album.

I think they just got too far away from what inspired them and focused on different inspirations to the detriment of the fans.

I listen to stuff from the mid '50's until the late 80's.

This is my song at the moment...

"Mendocino" by the Sir Douglas Quintet

The video is amazing!

It was part of "Playboy After Dark". Not only do you see Hugh, but also Barbi Benton.

Doug Salm the lead singer was a gifted musician and songwriter.

I can't narrow it down to a favorite band, much less one song.

Old outlaw country is always a favorite .With some Black metal from the dark depths of Norway.

King Nothing is one of my favorite Metallica songs. It's hard to pick with Metallica, but that one I can say definitively, it's one of the top 10 from them for me.

I like that one, but spaced out. It's not one of the ones I can listen to over and over in a row.

The Problem Blind Melon faced, in my opinion, was it was one of those bands that didn't quite fit solidly into mainstream genres that radio played often. The only song of theirs I ever heard on the radio in the D/FW area was "No Rain." Granted, that's a fantastic song.
