Rookie Dinner

So apparently, and I heard this on 105.3 the fan, Mike Fisher said this was the firs time the WHOLE team went to the rookie dinner. This is suppose to be a team building thing so instead of hazing the rookies and having them pay for everything like the previous years, everyone paid for themselves. Fisher kept making this a point saying it shows how this team is different than previous years because everyone actually went to the dinner.

Tell me team chemistry doesn't matter, these guys are light years away from the TO era. It seems to be player driven.

Your point still stands.......even if 100 people go that is $540 each.........that is absurd, most of it probably wasted on fake Cristal

most expensive restaurant in SF cost $800 for 2 with no alcohol 2 years ago.

how is that possible ? 54K for a steak :omg:

Premium Cognac...cigars....It can get crazy when everyone deliberately is ordering the most expensive thing on the menu.

I do agree w/an earlier post. There have been a lot of millionaire NFL players that literally are bankrupt at before their 40th birthday.

We are a team. We've heard about the family atmosphere. This is another example.

Tyrone Crawford posted a pic of the rookie dinner receipt on his snap....$54K. I guess Zeke would have to foot most of that bill.

I wouldn't even show up for this if I were a rookie. Only an absolute moron would join that coming out of his own pocket.

Some people over analyze everything. It's just a bunch of guys having some quality time over a meal. The team is bonding and that in itself is priceless.
