Ny Olineman Flowers was beaten bad all night by the Packers. Flowers got into a shouting match with one of the Ny reporters after the game. He told the reporter to get the F out of here. Reporter kept telling him I am just doing my job. Flowers got very upset and shoves the reporter. Now the Ny fans are saying that it was his best block of the night. :lmao2:

yet on pft, complete silence about that, but they are trying to create qb controversies

I didn't see what the reporter was doing, but a player should never get physical with a reporter. Wonder if the reporter insulted him in any way.

Interesting. Reporter did the smart thing (and did Flowers a big favor) in handling it the way he did afterward.

Reporter probably didn't want to be the story or get in bad graces with the team for being part of why a player gets suspended, deserved or not.

How far have we come since last season where Dez was hollering at Rich Dalrymple in the locker room over what he thought was the press dropping n-bombs on Devin Street? These guys are under a lot of pressure, hopped up on testosterone; add in a couple of consecutive losses and it gets ugly pretty quick.

I never understood why media has to be in the locker room. Why not a "press room" after a player has had a chance to move on from their emotional high or low.

During my time in the media, we absolutely had a press room. It worked out great. Reports just want to feel like they're "in with the guys" and don't want to lose locker room access.

Especially when still coming off the adrenaline of an NFL game.

Some reporters deserve a 320lbs man to get physical with them. :muttley:

Discipline was handled in-house bro. Likely a fine involved.
Whether or not they fined or disciplined him in house shouldn't have anything to do with the NFL's review of his conduct under the Personal Conduct Policy.
