The only part I don't like is that the clubbing was on a Monday. Why not do it on Fri, Sat, Sun of last week and get it done. And start the Monday of Giants Week without booze in your system.

I will add its a good thing the video of the two of them grinding on the singer at the christmas party was taken down also. That would be two of these things the week of the biggest game.

Personally, I never go to clubs and party like this at all.

But do people really think this is being irresponsible and that two early-20s men should just be staying at home? Should their idea of a "party" be at home with a playback in one hand and a glass of wine in the other?

Yes, they play in the NFL. Yes, they're important members of the Dallas Cowboys. But at the end of the day, they're regular people. Regular YOUNG people. I just think it's funny that guys on here find something to criticize with this.

Good thing there wasn't any social media in the mid-90s... Dallas Cowboys players were doing FAR worse things than this - and winning championships while doing it.

Let the kids live.

IMO, its not an issue in a real world scenario. I still have friends who go out all the time and they are in their early 40's. Its not hurting anyone and neither are dak and zeke.

having said that, its the week of the biggest game of the year. The season is about to begin to get hard and this is a bad look.

and I am not trying to be a jerk and bring this up, but Dak got a DUI in the spring and now here is a video of him the week of the biggest game out on the town.

again, not a crime but definitely not a good look. And from my perspective it angers me because Romo was not even allowed to laugh and have fun in press conferences because he was under attack from day 1 and he never had a DUI charge and was never in the club like this.

What did they have to say?

Skip - Dissapointed,
- Blames Jerry for all this,
- Wait till end of season to celebrate like that.
- Champagne spraying looks bad and what if they spray someone that don't like it. Could lead to a fight.

Shannon - Should wait till end of season to break out champagne.
- Dak being QB is like CEO of the team doesn't look good and said if Zeke wants to thats okay but Dak should stay away
- Said he wasn't a party goer but said these players are easy targets and a lot of people are jealous and envious of them. Have to be careful.

Just keep it clean from Tuesday - until your game is played.

It's growing. I was seeing rumblings on twitter early this am, but didn't know what it was about. Then I saw something posted on FB...and then it's here. Sooo, give it about an hour and then the sports blogs will pick it up.

Mind you, it's the world we live in. Minor things become big things.

True but as Calvin Hill would warn guys about living in the lime light and how much brighter that light was in Dallas. I want guys to go out and have a good time but guys have to be careful, don't let some idiot drag you down or some girl looking to cash in on you. People love to say well when I was that age I would do the same things, difference is I doubt anyone here was a public figure on the most popular football team in the world.

Good point.

They could choose better times to do this, for sure.

I think we can all tell, with Dak especially, preparation and dedication to football isn't a concern. He will be ready for Sunday.

But you're right, the DUI charge will stay with him and the spring break fiasco.

Given Dak's DUI in April, and being the starting QB for the Dallas Cowboys, why put yourself in this situation.
If you are going to party, party in the offseason, or at least do it in private.

Garrett needs to remind Dak, of how Troy was immensely focused in playoff games and in the post-season.
Pressure for QB performance in the post-season is intense & heightened.

The 90's Boys may have partied, but the national public and media scrutiny was not as intense. Not only that, Jimmy had the disciplinarian approach that players feared
Nowadays, these 'episodes' just create further unnecessary distractions for the player and the team.

I saw this early yesterday, I was surprised it hadn't already been posted on here. I don't think it's really a story. They're young and famous, and they're out having a good time. Nothing wrong with it as long as they don't break any laws.

I swear if something like this comes out during our bye week before the divisional round (ala Cabo), I will lose my ****.

Right now, who cares. Spraying the champagne seems a little much though.

As long as Zeke makes sure Dak isn't driving drunk and Dak makes sure Zeke isn't being extra thirsty towards groupies everything is A1

Litterally, the entire DFW area would've fallen into a sink hole if Romo had done that--which, as far as we know, he never did. And heaven forbid if he played a round of golf earlier that day.

But seriously folks, this is no big deal. We know Dak is way into heavy preparation.

Fwiw, we all knew Zeke was a huge partier--I mean Bosa moved out of the house b/c Zeke partied so hard. I saw Zeke out drinking with his crew just a couple of weeks ago (friday night). But he's still a beast on game day.
Dak parties too, but I'd heard he's a bit more normal in that regard.

Btw, in the early 90s, I used to see Dirk Nowitzki and Steve nash out drinking all the time.
They were you kids at the time, just like these guys. Except the NBA has games every other day. Dak and Zeke have much more down time before a game.

But without those things, maybe Dak does not last till the end of the 4th round and Dallas does not get him.

why do people keep referencing cabo? Witten, romo and carpenter took their girlfriends(wives) for an overnight to relax, the friday night after practice and returned to the facility on sunday to get back to prep for the game the following sunday. Wade phillips told every player to get away for the weekend and come back refreshed monday. Marcus spears went fishing, terrance newman went to kansas to visit family. etc..

they had a bye week and went fri night to sunday morning. They weren't with hookers and drugs or whatever.

This is nothing like cabo and cabo had zero affect on the loss to NY.

This is the monday night of the biggest game of the week and not for nothing but the qb already has a dui and the running back is skating on thin ice after this summer. Two totally different situations.

If people are going to praise dak for throwing a gatorade cup in the garbage then it seems pretty fair if they are disappointed he is doing this while already having a DUI the week of the biggest game.
