Just his first season. He at least deserves a couple of years before he's judged to do a poor job, he has the sorriest roster in the NFL and tons of injuries. But it is difficult to make the Browns a winner.

It's his first season but not exactly a promising start at 0-12 plus they passed on Wentz in the draft and this is an organization that hasn't had a franchise QB since Bernie Kozar. Don't think anyone expected the Browns to be winless at this point. Hue Jackson will be lucky to last two years with his QB situation. Until they find a QB no head coach the Browns hire will have any success.

Wentz only has 5 wins with a better team. They might have 2 or 3 with Wentz, but their offensive line is so bad I'm not even sure about that. But I agree they need a QB and long term Wentz would be better than what they have.
