There were open receivers on virtually ever pass play. Some of them were painfully obvious. Some of them would have required tight windows. But this myth of no open receivers is nonsense. Honestly, I got tired of cutting and circling images.

Pretty sure you Photoshopped out the giants defenders blanketing our WR sir.

An afternoon sports radio host said dez stinks and scott linehan and jason garrett stink. So I believe you are incorrect.

Just ask him he will tell you and also probably bite your head off for daring to challenge his holiness.

I presume the third one is the awful one thrown to Dez in the middle of the field where the safety was that resulted in the pick?

I'll give him a break on the 1st photo since he's about to get popped by #54 as he's throwing. But on all the other photos [except for the one where he's rolling out right] he has a clean pocket.

He's not seeing the field. We know this. What are they going to do about it?
Not much. Dak is conservative. I dont think he will always be this way, but he plays not to turn the ball over. He takes enough shots not to be a "bus driver", but all in all his game right seems driven to keep the offense on the field. Its worked like a charm up until the last couple weeks. I think he needs to take more shots down the field the next couple of weeks

Oh, please! Film might not lie but snapshots can. Some of these pictures he actually DOES throw to the circled receiver. On some pics Dak is looking the other way ... or rolling away ... or would require throwing back across the field. Some show a receivers temporarily open as he runs from one defender to another. Your pictures do so that if we had run more stop routes or curls would may have had more success. Just don't use these pictures to judge Dak. Watch the film.

It's hard to guage from photos without info like down and distance. I'm sure Dak missed some open guys, but for the most part Witten was doubled and Dez strugged to do much vs Jenkins. Plus open in photos isn't open on the field from ground level in real time

A photo is a capture of exactly what was going on in reality at the moment..so yes, if they are open in the pic..they were open on the field.

Honestly..there are receivers open on every play. It's just if your qb is seeing the field well enough to get them the ball in time.

Again. Thank you.

It's not a myth. I posted several tweets here from Sturm who reviewed the film. Not a single tweet indicated anything positive in terms of our WRs getting separation.

Is Sturm now not a reputable source? I recall a number of people in game night chat pointing to the "all 22" as the holy grail. Is that no longer reputable?

exactly. this isnt madden folks where younsee the entire field within 2 seconds. progressions take time.

Wholly ****. That's a lot of red circles.

I could post gifs, but I'm tired of this already.

There was another play where Beasley split the two defenders and was wide open streaking to the endzone. That was a walk in TD that Romo would have cashed in on.

I love Dak. Couldn't be more happy we have him on the team. But the guy had one of the worst games I've ever seen. And he's been missing open receivers all year long. It's not just this game. He's a rookie. It's expected.

But I want a Super Bowl, not growing pains.

It's been like that all year.

Romo lovers have different vision.
