Who are we looking at in the Bowl games?

I'll be the first to admit that I haven't been following college football for the past couple years, so you guys can help me out here. Who are some players to watch in these Bowl games that Dallas can REALISTICALLY look at drafting? I'm hoping to see a mostly defensive draft so I've been keying in on the D players. Alabama and Washington seem to have some really good D's. For you guys/gals that have been following college football this year, give me some of your input on who to watch. I'd really like to see us move away from both Mo and Scandrick in the next 2 years.....
