I agree with Woody's girl. While the headline is typical DMN hype/garbage that was never Sham's intent.
Basically - he says that Dak messes around with guys in the locker room in a way Tony didn't - he also added he has the utmost respect and admiration for Romo so this entire article isn't what the headline implies.

Doesn't mater if you lose as individuals or lose as a team......
Doesn't matter if everybody is holding hands and singing kumbaya or if everybody cant stand each other. In fact, back in high school our team's best season was my junior year and virtually everybody on the team hated each other. What that did was motivate everybody to outperform each other so you could throw your stats in each other's faces after the game. It was so argumentative and confrontational that the lockerroom was virtually silent even after the game was just over. We went 8-1 that year and lost in the state playoffs. It was the only year our team made it to the state playoffs.
My point is that all of this inspirational stuff from guys hanging out together, rapping together, playing jokes on each other, making motivational videos, ect...........it is all just fluff and really doesn't mean jack at the end of the day as my story above proves.

Neither QB has made it past the Divisional round last time I checked.
