Atlanta Falcons vs New England Patriots Super Bowl LI Thread

I wonder after watching this game Jerry is thinking maybe he should keep Tony and let him play. I hope so.

Can't wait for the MVP and Vince Lombardi presentation...Goodell is like, "what happened".

I'll settle for Dak being 80% of Brady...lol. I doubt another QB ever accomplishes what Brady has done, and he's not done yet...he's nowhere near retirement, he says he wants to play till 45.

And he could, with his style of play and how he's normally kept clean; his body is probably better than most QBs.

If that had been us instead of the Falcons, I would not watch another NFL game. I would hook up Madden to my TV and use whatever settings skew the games in our favor and put it on autoplay each week. I cannot believe the Falcons were this stupid. All they had to do was run the ball, kick the field goal, and the game's out of reach. What the bleep does their coach say in the interview after that? He should walk up to the mike and say, "My name is mud" and then walk away. Sheesh.
Hate to say it but even with Coach of the year we probably would have done something stupid-er

Funny how the league MVP is the main contributor in costing his team the SB. Needless bad sacks he took again and again. Especially the one in the last 4 minutes. Multiple 3 and outs, dumps the onus on the tired defense.

His failure to see Hightower lined up to blitz, sack fumble. He wasted all their second half TOs in the third quarter for no good reason. 57 seconds left and he can't get but 13 yards.

Ryan wasn't ready for the big time today.

I agree with this. Those 49ers team were dominant across the board.

Brady is playing with a bunch of UDFA and low round draft picks on offense.

To overcome that deficit which was aided by a pick six was simply incredible.
