I have little doubt they do. Wouldn't be shocked to see 2 go top 10 either. QBs rise. We've seen it over and over.

I would definitely think the Browns would do it given they have two picks in the Top 15 and no QB (well unless they trade for Jimmy G).

Every year people say this in Jan/Feb and every year there are good QBs in the draft

Go back to last year and everyone said that this is a horrible QB draft class but if there is a redraft, Dak and Wentz will go top 10 and lynch and goff still go in Rd 1
