Can anyone school me what Williams can do, but not Butler?

Consistency. Durability.

But I'd let T-Will go and get that comp pick.

Butler for cheap makes sense to keep on board as the #4 WR and spot starter when there's an injury.

Better? or more?

Block more (yes)
Cost more (WAY yes)
Act like a #2 WR (none of the above)
Acrobatic/circus catch (yes)
Regular catch (nope)
Stay inbounds when he shouldn't (nope)

buh-bye TW....

going to be a big gap in how much they make, what makes Terrence better than Brice?

butler seems to have concentration lapses.
some have said football is not his first priority

too inconsistent for a #2 WR - which is what is needed.

Williams is a sold WR and has made many, many big catches for the Cowboys. He takes a lot ofheat for his technique...but is certainly an asset that will not be so easy or so simple to replace. Butler may well be just as good and a lot cheaper..no argument...but Williams should be lightly disregarded. He is a good 2nd receiver. I hope the club finds a way to re-sign him (resign is ok too) ;).

He's just a better all-around player. Butler gets stupid penalties and he's too inconsistent. Terrance is far from perfect but I would take him over Butler any day.

Truth is, neither one of them are all that good.

For the money we would have to pay TWill, we should find someone else.

Butler can make 1 big play a game, and then is done for the day. He gets too excited off that play, and can not focus the rest of the game.

Yes. He has the Jesse Holley mindset....lol

Both are #3 WR's at best. I don't care if both leave, let some others step up.
