Would you rather error on the side of caution and not have this hit your image if your an NFL player in this day and age, sure but I didn't raise him and until she says different those two where just being young and free.

Roger has been looking for an avenue to stick a suspension on Zeke and he just open the door wide. I smell a 2 game
suspension coming for conduct detrimental to the NFL. If the girl eventually complains to the press, he might just get

You simply don't have the right to reach over, in public, and pull a girl's top down. You don't. Even if she thinks it's funny, or OK. It's wrong. It's disturbing. I did my share of partying back in the day, often in scenes like that, but that would never have occurred to me.

Not sure to the extent, but he's in trouble.

Wearing revealing clothing isn't consent.
Shaking your boobs at a crowd isn't consent.
Pointing to someone and then to your breasts isn't consent.
Even pulling your own bra down to show your bare breasts isn't consent.

Let's assume -- for a moment -- that this is acceptable for a 21 yr old.

How about for a public figure who is in danger of suspension for having --being generous--poor sexual boundaries with women?

It's clear he gets so high or drunk that he's doing seriously stupid ****. That also looms as an issue.

There's another video out now taped right after the one was taken in the OP of Zeke doing it again, this time at the back of the float with the same girl. He reaches over to pull her top down and she slaps his hands away, then she goes on to flash the crowd.

It's weird. I wish this hadn't happened, however harmless it may seem. Damn, Zeke.
 
I'm not debating the morality of his decision. That's not my job to judge.
I'm not debating the consent involved. That too is not my job to judge.
My comments are relevant to whether the league should take action, and this is where perception and conflict can be objective because The League doesn't take a consistent approach, its one persons decision. Goodell.

My prospective of the situation is, I don't care how you slice it, two adults have avenues they can take and that is where consent is judged, if she doesn't and wont say she felt violated, then don't accuse him of committing an actionable crime that even the police wouldn't. Women have the right to party too. Happens all the time, women have fun. Shocker.

overreaction to this is why i hate the Christian Sharia Law that has over taken the country since the 50s
