28. Dallas Cowboys: Adoree
Jackson, CB, USC: One of the Cowboys top-30 visits, Jackson is the type of athlete that NFL teams covet at the cornerback position. He is still unrefined in several areas, but his ceiling has a good chance of getting him in the late first round.

60. Dallas Cowboys: Tarell Basham, DE, Ohio
The Cowboys are searching for pass-rush help and have done plenty of homework on the MAC Defensive Player of the Year.

Not my favorite mock, but looking how the picks rolled out after either Cowboy choice, this was not bad.

Seems like the mock action is slowly shifting to Jackson lately.

What if the have.....
Jackson
Robinson
Peppers
Humphrey
Harris
McKinley
Charlton

All graded about the same?

Golden chance to still get one and add a 4th " for free"

Im sure they have 1-2 separed from the pack, so theyd just take that player, whoever it is.
But if not, it sets up well.

So you think out of the top 60 players, he is most certainly in that group? I question that. I like the player, just not sure all teams will like him that much.
I dont think he is, but i do think a team who needs pass rush help will reach for him

Him, Willis or Rivers will be at 60. I hope Basham makes it

I think there are others who might get the "reach" stick before him. Willis, Kpassagnon and Daeshon Hall come to mind.

Peppers all day!

Too many people expecting players without warts where they pick. Aint gonna happen.
Exactly. There aren't even 28 with first round grades. If every prospect was perfect we wouldn't need to coach them up.

I am good with a CB at #28, but I am not sure about Jackson. That would mean our top three corners are all under 6'. I know he is a great returner, but once he is one of our top three corners he will be pulled off that duty.

To me Jackson is strictly a #3 CB for covering slot, I can't see him on the outside.

Give me speed over an extra inch or two in height. Jackson/Jones/Brown would be a good start to this secondary.
