Ryan Switzer- nice guy?

I just wonder if he upsets Beasley what wrath he will face on social media. I hope he is prepared for more fury than he can handle. There will be blood on the walls.

I think he stands to supplant Lucky AND Brice. We are going to need to go long at Dline and LB.

I'm thinking that guy that bad-mouthed Switzer recently is probably pretty much of a peckerhead himself. He probably talked to one guy on Switzer's college team who didn't like him and carelessly attributed that opinion to the entire team. That's my take and I'm sticking to it. :)

Honestly, I would listen to an "Anonymous college coach" or "anonymous scout". scouts wanna get some guys to drop to get steals, and college coaches want players to go high for recruiting purposes.

Was listening to to The Fan when one of the guys laid into him about being cocky and not being liked.

I have not seen our prototype big tall players do that in four WR sets.

Put the two shrimps inside, run the other two outside. Defend it.

Looks like what New England has been making a living at for years.

You see them caring if a WR is over six two and can jump through the roof.

No.

I like the pick for the punt return thing. I get it. Lucky Whitehead has no business on a real football team.

My challenge is to the staff to make two little Beasley's work. But this one is a little more robust.
I'm concerned they are only going to put him in if they go empty. It's time to get Witten some snaps off and have Dez, Williams , Beasley, Switzer and Zeke in together. Teams can't guard one water bug in Beasley. Good luck with 2. Plus they can run with Zeke some against teams dime packages or get him the ball in space against a bunch of DBs. If Witten still plays damn near every snap, Switzer won't see the field much this year.

I heard on the radio that his kid was cocky so Ive been looking at interviews and game highlights and the more I see him I don't see anything wrong with his attitude. He seems confident and competitive, even nice.

Found this video below, which is obviously a production piece, but one thing I think can be said it's hard to fake compassion. Also I'm a bit awkward around kids becouse I was raised old fashioned and stern so I really appreciate when young men are good with children. I hope he can come in and take our special teams play up a notch.

Ps: I don't know how to make the link active on my tablet. :]

Wow, he's nice to children. What an unique trait ... In 1950. Raise the bar, dude. My default is that men behave this way

Sorry maybe the point was lost on you...he was being clouted by a few mediates as a bad locker room guy. That doesn't seem to be the case, from what bit of interviews I saw. At most he seems like a confident kid.

One thing I would not want is a locker room problem.

"l wouldn’t want the kid because he’s so cocky. Just obnoxious. Hard to be around. Even his own teammates didn’t like him. Who needs all those headaches with a guy like that? It’s not like (he’s) Randy Moss."

You want that kind of poison on your team?

If he's got swagger because he's returning punts to the house and making explosive plays downfield, then what's the problem?

If he sucks, churn the roster...

I'm gettin' his jersey and on the back, it's gonna rock "Tweeter"......

I live in Carolina about an hour from Chapel Hill. Have many friends whose kids go to school there. Some have had classes with him. They say he is a very nice guy, little cocky but likeable. Really into his faith. Have not heard any bad things about him. We need a little swagger on this team.

He's an athlete, so I don't really expect him to be like a business professional. You guys never want to let these kids just be kids.
An attitude is what many players use to get the most out of themselves. Don't get penalties or suspension and I could care less about a guys cocky attitude. Some of the best plays have attitudes
