I heard on the radio that his kid was cocky so Ive been looking at interviews and game highlights and the more I see him I don't see anything wrong with his attitude. He seems confident and competitive, even nice.

Found this video below, which is obviously a production piece, but one thing I think can be said it's hard to fake compassion. Also I'm a bit awkward around kids becouse I was raised old fashioned and stern so I really appreciate when young men are good with children. I hope he can come in and take our special teams play up a notch.

Ps: I don't know how to make the link active on my tablet. :]

He's a little guy who was a high school All-American and had a great college career and was drafted by America's team. Allow him a little cockiness, but I'm with you, he seems like a great guy. I hope he proves everyone wrong who has doubted this pick. I do not doubt.

He could be obnoxious and borderline insolent.

Run routes and get open, give Prescott an easy target, go on then, off you go.

How is he gonna give Prescott an easy target when he's the size of a large dog?

I have not seen our prototype big tall players do that in four WR sets.

Put the two shrimps inside, run the other two outside. Defend it.

Looks like what New England has been making a living at for years.

You see them caring if a WR is over six two and can jump through the roof.

No.

I like the pick for the punt return thing. I get it. Lucky Whitehead has no business on a real football team.

My challenge is to the staff to make two little Beasley's work. But this one is a little more robust.

His attitude has never ever been an issue. Matter of a fact, this is the first time I'm hearing anything like this. I follow Carolina pretty closely and this is news to me. I would definitely say false!

He can do and act however he wants if he's a productive player. No one cares about this stuff until he stops showing up on Sunday. Or never shows up......

"l wouldn’t want the kid because he’s so cocky. Just obnoxious. Hard to be around. Even his own teammates didn’t like him. Who needs all those headaches with a guy like that? It’s not like (he’s) Randy Moss."

You want that kind of poison on your team?

I'm not going to hang my hat on one coach who remains to be anonymous. I live in the area and have never heard that ever before. There is also the possibility of people putting that out there as a decoy to perhaps let him slip. I'm sure it gets nasty.

" is your mom a prostitute? " that ring a bell?

Believe what you want to though

Your post made me realize that most people do not follow a narrative in a thread and understand the ebb and flow. They react to that one post they see. Right away. I am learning.

Will be interesting to see if we are smart enough to utilize them both on the field at the same time. As u said NE makes it their base offense, I think Garrett may be borrowing here...it is almost impossible to defend against. Who comes off the field when NE runs the two slots, a halfback or TE or one of the outside receivers or all of the above?

That is not something I am convinced of. That is the best use of picking him. If the whole idea is to improve on Lucky Whitehead, we spent a fourth round pick on a player that is replacing a player that spent two years too long in the role.

The Patriots have Tom Brady. One of the most accurate QBs in league history.

We have Dak Prescott.

What were you saying again?

I will defer to one of the resident apologists to post first year completion percentage, TD/INT ratio and QB rating.

Meanwhile, I will be enjoying a single malt and watch the world burn.

I just wonder if he upsets Beasley what wrath he will face on social media. I hope he is prepared for more fury than he can handle. There will be blood on the walls.
