I have a Jack Russel and a Border Collie mix.

No reason for the breed just my Son and Wife came home with a Jack. (600.00 bucks later.)

The Mix is from a shelter and has been a fantastic dog.

The Jack, I swear, understands the English language. He's incredibly smart. Sheds like no animal I've ever seen.

I prefer mutts. Just seem to have less medical problems and breed type issues.

Always wanted a Bernese Mountain dog........until I found out they only live about 8 years on average.

I have just snagged another pet cat as my last one expired while I was away for a few days, grabbed this one out of the outfits yard I've been working for.(a little bit) after she disappeared for like 18 hours(under the bed) she's right at home and is a tuna fish fan, she's been fixed, about same color pattern, twice as big as the dead one and loves to play/ walk all over me while I'm on the couch,,,, and I used to own hunting/gun dogs that would crunch those things, hell! still ,if I had a split second to drop a flushing pheasant or a feral house cat?,,,, I'd roll the cat no question.

I have, well had a husky, but my son's mom took her :(

But since my son is with her during the week, I guess it's fair. He's only away from her when he's with me on weekends.

I get to see Juno (our husky) every night when I FaceTime my son, and every time I pick him up from his mom's (Fridays). Conversely, he gets to see her when he FaceTimes his mommy on the weekends.

It's high time I get a pooch, tho, for us to have here. I've been really interested in English Bulldogs for about two years now. My son loves them, too. I may pull the trigger and buy one. There's a very reputable breader out in Hemet (the best breeder I could find).

I was dead set on a Shar Pei, but the breeder I was going to go with moved to friggin' Florida.

I've been adopted by a feral cat. Its taken several years, but in the last few months, he's taken to coming in the house and climbing up on my chest to visit. Its pretty funny but I do feel fortunate to have found a feral that's affectionate.

Never heard of those..... great looking pupsters. I get the leaping ability. My Jack could get over my 5 foot fence. Not leap it mind you but could get high enough to scale the last few inches.
