I'm at the given up point tbh myself. I surely don't think he adds much on game day, but know that no big name HCs will come to DAL with the infamous power structure in play. His players do seem to genuinely like him and respect him for his preparation/leadership skills so why keep running those hills (you know about those coach; you bastids (coaches), etc.) and accept him for his positives. "Line it up on the hill!" still gives me shudders.
