Olstedn's church(The Summit) did have some flooding but it was the parking garage and some on the sub-level. I don't think the actual floor had water but I could be wrong.

I do not know how the streets leading up to it were either but my money is on Joel succumbing to public pressure. IMO, those doors could have been opened earlier.

Regardless, he is there helping now.

This article says price gouging is good for people.......I don't think so! But reading it has me conflicted.
You shouldn't take advantage of people, but the article makes sense too. Aaaaargh I'm so confused
