Hmmm...there is a lot of competition in that department.

I'm not an advocate of tanking in the NFL. It makes more sense in basketball (at least to a certain degree). The NFL is way too dynamic for tanking to ensure success. Cleveland has been tanking for years (even if not on purpose), and where has it got them?
