I begged this team to take Eddie Jackson when he fell to the 3rd. My God, how can this team continue to miss on this position. He was a stud playmaker at Bama too.

It's becoming awfully apparent that JG and Saban aren't really friends.......

They continue to ignore an obvious formula when it comes to drafting Safeties......

Totally agree! He was a first round talent that fell bc he broke his leg.
He was a steal and was on my wish list too

I just never understood why people get so enamored with the underwear Olympics.

I think the only time that works is with DE's and OLB's. Sometimes those guys just haven't fully blossomed yet in college, but when you see they have those intangibles, speed agility etc, it generally translates some day to the field. Ware is a perfect example of that.

They seem to be like us. Stuck at mediocrity... win games you should lose, lose when you should win

We've won at least 12 games 2 out of the last 3 seasons, and this season is far from over.

This team's arrow is pointing up.

Ware blossomed in college. Was just in a smaller conference so of course stats get scrutinized when you play in the sun belt and not the sec for example.

"As a senior, Ware was a dominant player, receiving the Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Year,[3] and was a finalist for the Hendricks Award, which is given annually to the top defensive end in college football. In 2004, he helped lead his team to the school's first-ever bowl appearance, the Silicon Valley Football Classic. He posted 53 tackles, 10.5 sacks (led the Sun Belt Conference), 19 tackles for loss and 4 forced fumbles."
