Nothing special today, the wife is making Asado de Puerco with mexican rice, guacamole and flour tortillas. For you non Texans, Asado de Puerco is cubed pork meat in ancho chile sauce. Very tasty on a cool day. It was 40 degrees in deep South Texas this morning.
What's on your menu??
Hormel makes them, can't be all bad. Maybe I should cut them up, put them in a pan and add a few eggs. That's great with homemade tamales!!I haven't....but now I gotta try just to see

So you hate cats ???Just out of curiosity, have any of you guys ever tried Tamales in a can? I saw them at a dollar store and bought a can, it sat in my pantry for months, never tried them, fed them to the cats.

There’s a fund raiser going on at the church. Fish fry is on the menu. So it will red fish fillets with sides of potato salad and baked beans. Good stuff
