Elliott averages 4.8 yards per carry, Morris averages 7. And I never said he was Zeke, I said the running game won't suffer too much and that if Zeke had been suspended at the beginning of the year the Cowboys would still be 4-3 and we'd have Zeke heading into the harder games.

Am I wrong in thinking Zeke's attorneys used the wrong approach with this, from what I read? Seems that they made the judge believe they were saying there was a conspiracy to suspend Elliott instead of sticking to the fundamental unfairness of the lead investigator not being included after she recommended that the league not suspend him. I think all the judge heard was "The NFL's out to get him."

If the NFLPA don't break the NFL down to its very core in the next CBA they be better not to even exist. They can not only use this example of absolute abuse of power by the league office but also the collusion amongst ownership to deny employment for exercising their first amendment rights.
