Idk about rapidly but what you say does have substance to it.
Sports are not actually dying, it’s how and when they are viewed that has changed dramatically. The digital/streaming age has forced all of the major sports and broadcasters to re-access how they do business.

Basically, Zeke's reputation and livelihood are less important than the NFL potentially being criticized.

Everyone already believes him to be guilty and serving the suspension just cements it. After all why would the league go after an innocent guy, right?

I can’t believe what I’m reading... How this is even possible... It’s so silly I’m in complete shock reading her reasoning

So, where’s this judge from? What’s her story and maybe she just doesn't like anything related to Texas....

you have to be kidding..

She is actually right on here. When you suck at bargaining like the NFLPA does, and you give your employer ultimate power, you get what you deserve. Brady and Zeke know this very well.

Don't know how to post the twitter thing but Amy Dash reported this....

Judge says Elliott not harmed by being suspended b/c his achievements depend on Cowboys' offensive performance & his health - not just him
That makes absolutely no sense.

It is actually pretty funny.

OK.

I hope the combination of McFaddon and Morris together can be about 70% of what Zeke is. They will have to be for any chance of the playoffs.

Dak has been pretty good, but he's going to have to play at his highest level he's ever had.

And the back end of this defense that has been pretty porous will have to tighten up in a big way. Starting on Sunday.

Without these things happening, the season will be over.

If this happens, I also think Garret should be fired at year end. But I know he won't be. Best I can hope for is for Maranelli to retire and a new DC can be hired to modernize this archaic defensive scheme.
This has nothing, whatsoever, to do with this thread, RXP

Holy crap, man

Weakest union in professional sports. Always has been.

This was foreseeable a long time ago.

I just am laughing at the amount of shock. It is not like it was not crystal clear after Brady how this would be.

What Godell has lost site of is that what people want is a sense of fairness and justice. Suspending guys who didn't commit domestic violence is just as bad as allowing guys who commit it to play. The league takes a big PR hit in both cases.
