Will the Eagles go after Romo

Anyone who thinks the Eagles would value Romo over Foles at this point is truly a delusional homer....much like the Packers idea for signing Romo.....ridiculous thinking.

No one is even making phone calls.

Romo is made of glass and hasn’t played in almost 3 seasons now. Romo doesn’t know their offense or have any timing with their receivers. He would suck! Also, did you see the hits Wentz took yesterday and those by Foles? One of those hits Foles took would put Romo back in surgery.

3 years? We suffered through a horrible year without him. We enjoyed a great year last season without him, and now another season is 3 weeks from over....3 years for a broken down player? Nope.

The year is 2038. The Cleveland Browns are making a push as the best team in the league after 26 years of the number one over-all draft picks. Their quarterback, Lefty Rochmanovich, has thrown 41 TD passes and led his team to 9 straight wins and an odds on berth in the AFC Championship games, so thinks Las Vegas. Of course this is due to Tom Brady being suspended for thee games due to a cheerleader sexual harassment claim which Bill Belichick denies..

Rochmanovich takes a nasty blind side hit from Terrell Suggs, who is inexplicitly playing for his thirty-first team in a career that has spanned four decades. But never for the Cowboys.

The tackle was so savage it tore all the acl and mcl's in Rochmanovich's left knee.

On an obscure message board for Cowboy fans, within 30 seconds of the news leaking on the season ending injury of Lefty Rochmanovich, several threads were created wondering if the Cleveland Browns would contact Tony Romo, who is in his 22nd year as a color man for AFC teams on NBC.

"The dude was a baller back in the day," one Brown fan posted on CowboysZone.com

The mods of CowboysZone.com merged those threads.

At this point they may be saying goodbye to their storybook season.

As ridiculous as it sounds, Romo is the obvious choice for them as he is significantly better than Foles.

When you're a franchise that has never won a Super Bowl, do you let this opportunity slip by? Does Romo who must be more than comfortable with CBS say yes to one more chance at winning a Super Bowl and sticking it to the Cowboys?

Great offensive line, offensive weapons, and a running back... If I'm him, I do it.

1. You don't think they would really ask do you?

2. You don't think he would say yes if they did ask do you?

0.00% chance of this happening, but hey you did get me to respond to your thread so good job

I don't think Romo would do it. They would want him as a backup to Foles. Foles has a lot of ties to the Philly coaches, and they like him. When Foles had talent around them he was something like 14 and 4 with that Kelly clown? Feel free to help me out on that if I'm incorrect you closet Philly fans.

It would be something to see that's for sure I just don't see that ever happening unless Foles goes down in the last 3 weeks.

Romo fans think he's a championship waiting to happen

if Romo plays for the Eagles, then Id feel the same way toward him that I do Murray...the eagle fan base booed an injured player who played on their turf...which was career ending...

Screw the eagles and their loser starting QB...

i hope the eagles are 1 and done...for the record I think Romo is smarter than to go play for the pansies.

Makes sense to me. Who amongst us wouldn’t leave a dream job to stick it to everyone who’s ever supported or cared for us, and for a one time shot with a company we’ve hated for years.

They ‘supported’ him the majority if his career with no OL, no running attack and a ‘head coach in training’ with a garbage defense.. and when pieces were finally set in place to play with an elite RB and this OL benched him for a dude that has trouble throwing the ball downfield..

So Romo did no wrong and Dak does everything wrong? — THIS is the mantra of most Dak haters, of which you are a charter member.

Funny how Dak gets all the excuses after 2 years while it took 10 years of Garrett’s incompetence and clapping for Romo to get some excuses on this board by what were once Garrett fanboys..

Got it..

Your Dak routine is so old. We get it. He sucks.

So, he's gonna be here for a while…can you leave and then, come back when he's gone?

Listening to your (and a few others) mess for his entire career is a demoralizing proposition.

And you following me around complaining about my routine is just as old..

Following you?

I couldn't laugh out any louder. You turn nearly EVERY thread into a Dak hating thread.

Heck, I was on another board reading about the new Star Wars movie, and I'm fairly certain that I read you blaming Dak for the Empire's fall.
