if he becomes available do you make the move?

He’s a QB guru but has big game let downs.

I’m torn as I sit here writing this

Hell no. Don't want 'I love calling timeouts, mismanage the clock, choking in the playoffs, new updated version of Marty Schottenheimer'.

NO!

I doubt he will become available, but if he did I'd pass on the Kool Aid man.

Absolutely not, I thought most of us are sick of being disappointed? Better get used to it with Reid.

If you love losing in the playoffs, home playoff games, games you are supposed/should win.

I love overachieving (which his teams did everywhere he went). Much better than underachieving we get here.

I'd hire Big Red as a GM before as a head coach. Clearly he has an eye for talent and how to build a winning team and culture. I just think he's a bad on field game manager.

I know.

Overachieving is you do more than expected but not enough to win big games. That's not what I want. You do. Good luck.

That's not what it means. You'd be close if you left out the "but" portion.

They don't give out trophies for overachieving. That's why Fat Reid and Marty don't have any.

This isn't complicated. Overachieving > performing as expected > underachieving.

I'd rather have a solid team that overachieves and has a shot than a good/great team that underachieves.

Give me a coach that gets more out of his players rather than less.
