I find it interesting that the Cowboys are losing coaches with no real replacements

The only plan going on in Dallas is damage control. The rats are fleeing the sinking ship because the Captain and First Officer are in a daze of blissful ignorance and have no clue they're taking on water. There is no grand scheme to bring in a savior. No one capable of actually saving this team would have the slightest interest in taking the job.

the Cowboys are losing assistant coaches left and right with no real replacements...yet. My instincts tell me that there is a plan afoot at The Star that will bring in a NEW HC this offseason. Because of this, it makes perfect sense to let most of the current assistant coaches walk (while many think they will eventually be replaced by new Garrett hires) and Garrett, out of some sort of respect for him, will be let go last.

I do think there is some legitimacy to the Bellicheat-to-Dallas story.
Bill ain't coming to Dallas :lmao::laugh::lmao2:

There is no telling if the Cowboys have a plan or not. Maybe the Cowboys know that someone is going to be available shortly that they want.

Hey, it's worked for the last 22 years. . . . . .Oh wait. . . . .

I heard they decided on several coaches but they're still arguing whether they called heads or tails.....

Jerry’s just been busy collecting a list of possible replacements from Lacewell. It’s taking a long time but we know Jerry is thourough in discovering mediocre over the hill coaches who have ties to the nineties glory days and who are not known to upset the apple cart and will be subservient to our lame duck head coach in training

Every Boston analyst that talked about the story that came out Friday said. “He hates owners that get involved in football decisions”. Then one cited Al Davis and Jerry as 2 owners he talks about as wanting to avoid like the plague.

Al Davis???? Shouldn't be too hard to avoid him.....

LOL.

Nope.

You want to know what is even worse than Garrett being here...his protege may be on the staff impersonating a QB coach in Kellen Moore...yes, you heard it here first...Kellen Moore will be the next HC of the Dallas Cowboys. It may be a few years, but it will happen....

And these same fans will be lining up to tell us how great he will be once Jerry makes him the HC

That's just a ruse
He's coming

we just hired a QB that wasnt good enough for the 53 because we have letting go issues

Nice imagery, but c'mon, you left out the sharks (goodell, mara, blank...) circling in the water....geez.....

We just hired a guy who still throws like he did when he was 9' who's arm never got much stronger since then, and who never bothered to fix either to guide our young franchise QB. Only in Dallas could this happen.

Yeah we better hurry up, season is right around the corner...

Several teams don’t even have head coaches and our seasons been over for a week and we are reading into why we haven’t filled positions coaches positions yet? These coaches aren’t even allowed to talk to our players for quite some time.

There are possible candidates that won't be available until after the postseason. It makes more sense to wait.

Honestly this is very telling about how the front office perceived these positions. Clearly not important enough to be spending time filling at this point of the year.
