Cowboys interviewing OL coach Paul Alexander

The two big failed picks are more about injury.

Plus the Bengals let Whitworth and Zeitler go. Whit was the leader of that OL and has been huge for the Rams. Z signed with the Browns. Obviously, Cincy has no commitment to real OL investment. Can you imagine how much he wants this job?
That is an important thing to note.

Everyone brings up Ogbuehi and Fisher as signs he lost it. The Bengals had a line that was going towards elite status and then it fell off when they failed to first keep Zeitler and then this past year losing Whitworth made it all unravel.

The Bengals also kept drafting CBs in the first round. They did it in 2012, 2014 and 2016, with Ogbuehi and Fisher 1,2 in 2015.

So unless I am going to hold two players like Ogbuehi and Fisher not panning out, I take him all day every day over Colombo and his inexperience.

Is your first name Paul?

Imagine walking into the Star right now with this weirdo playing the piano while Garrett stares seemingly into another dimension.

Much rather tom cable but this guy obviously knows how to not rock the boat so I'm sure he's our guy.

You can tell the people that don't truly watch football on this site. The Bengals actually have had good offensive lines but for whatever reason last season they weren't very good. (injury and free agency)

Play it again, Sam!!!!

Anyone know where Tony Sparano is? Might as well bring him up since teams just change coaches like underwear and retreads abound.

Where were you in the Kellen Moore thread?

Yeah, he's the bright young rising star

You're really clutching at straws these days and I'm enjoying it much like the many 8-8 seasons you enjoyed as they led to exactly nothing

Just curious how obvious you wanted to be about playing the 'team can't win' cards.

Turns out, pretty obvious.

This is what Dallas' new o-line coach has to do:

-Tell Travis Frederick and Zack Martin to keep doing what they've been doing.
-Invoke some kind of magic to keep Tyron Smith healthy.
-Get La'el Collins and whoever the left guard will be to follow Smith, Frederick, and Martin's example.

Boom! Instant genius!

Is there any coach in the world out there with Championship pedigree that we can hire? Just checking.
