"Alexander, who will turn 58 on Feb. 12, has coached in Cincinnati since 1994. Going into 2017, the Bengals ranked in the NFL's top 10 for fewest sacks allowed in five of the previous seven seasons. Alexander's lines led the way for a 1,000-yard rusher 14 times for the Bengals."

He seems very accomplished to me.

We essentially swapped with Cincinnati, getting the guy with the better resume and experience as an OL coach. Someone who spends 23 years as an offensive line coach with one team must have been doing something right.

Do they run a zone blocking scheme or are our guys going to have to learn a new process?

You clearly wouldn't know a good OL coach from a bad one. He's coached over 20 years in the NFL
Dude, chill. It was a joke. Jason Garrett's been a coach for several years in the NFL too. We are seeing how that's going.

I’m not going to pretend to know if this guy is good or not.

He didn’t do a great job developing their draft picks though

I think this is a solid hire.
I was hoping we'd bring a Landry asst home...Mike Solari...but among OL coaches in all areas...Alexander is HIGHLY thought of.
Solid hire....WATCH.
