He seems very accomplished to me.

We essentially swapped with Cincinnati, getting the guy with the better resume and experience as an OL coach. Someone who spends 23 years as an offensive line coach with one team must have been doing something right.

cinncinati has had some very good lines over the years and this guy is no slouch....brings a lot to the table and the change of sceneary could do him well. Great hire IMHO and gives us a fresh perspective on our line...

this oline's weakness is not run blocking, it is pass blocking which, if i am not mistaken, was a strength of Cinncinati's line.
