A good owner would have fired the GM well over a decade ago, though. Jerry was a good owner early on. He isn't anymore. Not even close. He created this toxic environment the second he fired Jimmy because his ego was too big. He would rather lose than win without getting all the credit. And we suffer because of that. The Cowboys were a huge brand well before he arrived. Jerry isn't of any value to this franchise any longer. A good owner would have gotten rid of Garrett and this staff already.
