If I'm JG I'm going all in for this season

Same goes for FA. I would want contributors, not depth signings.

It's a make or break year and he can't think 3-5 years down the road at this point. It's win now, or end up being an OC or something this time next year.

It is a shame but I can see the FO keeping Garrett even if he misses the post season in 2018, you know they need that payoff from all those years of him being in training...process to completion and all!

Garrett may not be in control of the draft but he is in control of the game or at least he should be. Yes he has an OC. and DC. but he should be aware of their every move. He has unlimited challenge Flags when it comes to the decisions that they make. If your team just ran the ball three times for 25 yards and its first and goal from the two, and your OC. comes out in an empty formation, you need to challenge that. Positive reinforcement is a good thing but so is a kick in the *** when needed.

Like robjay said WR normally dont contribute much the rookie year but I,m with you on guard and swing tackle.
Red needs to make a big turn around this year but his job is safe. Next year is the hot seat

If we fire Garrett I think he goes to college or just retires all together.

You forget JG is a deflector. He can blame the culture and Jerry meddling or anything he wants. Plus he's smart so he will interview well. I wouldn't hire him, but others most likely will.
