Cowboys aura alive and well

One can look at that way but I think my father was more saying that she is going to get mad you for something like not doing something she ask you to. He was not implying cheating. He has never and takes his vows seriously.
,,,,,,,,'copy'!

Durango reminds me of Mexico. Some really nice parts and some extremely not nice parts that they hide from tourists. Napa/Sonoma is like that too.
In my very late 20's, my brother (ten years older) took a bus to Mexico with nothing in his pocket, but a guitar and a surf board in hand. Told his wife and three children he'll be back.
He made it. He stayed for 6 months doing nothing, but surfing and playing his guitar for food. Lived on the beach.

It inspired me. I wanted to do that! But I'm not quite the live-wire my brother is. Having trouble with my girlfriend, one day- I decided to do it.
I went to (Austin, TX) East 11th St and hit a shady bus route to Mexico. Got $200 bucks in my pocket, after paying for the 1st ticket. That's it.

I ended up in Leon, outside of Guanajuato. I have so many messed up and beautiful tales... You ever interested...

I stayed, myself, for 6 monthsThankfully, this was just before the cartels took over. I always pined to go back, but was told things weren't remotely the same anymore.

Living across from Cuidad de Juarez, I understand.

Should have promised to marry her when the Cowboys win the Super Bowl. In doing so you're making a promise of good faith you'll never actually have to follow through on.

These are words that should only be spread upon a boat that's crossed the International Line.
And only spoken, with no one recording, just to be sure.

Yeah you cannot do that anymore. I have a bunch of friends from the Valley and we used to go all over Northern Mexico. Never did the deadhead thing but enjoyed it just the same.

Wow....ok

My old lady grew up poor in Durango and we've gone back a few times. It's just the impression I have of the place. I'm not big on touristy type places where they are paid to kiss your butt so I like to wander a bit when I travel.

Then you know... jumping from a bus, at the border, into the back of a pickup and it was cool, to the next bus stop.

Yeah... that was kind of a big deal fro us too: the prices.
I can get a gorgeous house, up in the Franklin mountains, here for $175K.
That same house, over there, up in some mountains would be a milly, or more.
So no you are a realtor? A land speculator?
Stay to the issue at hand --- a team with an emotional attachment to 8-8 and 9-7 and one and out.
Rome is burning and you are chatting up real estate prices!
In my day that would be grounds for banishment, mods!

I tend to travel like I live. I visit places I would if I lived there. Sometimes touristy, sometimes not. We haven't really ventured out much though because the reason I visit places like Whitefish, BC and Durango is to get away from it all.

In the case where she has the wealth and grants me damn near too much freedom, what then? Find a woman you want as your side kick and go live the damn life.
When you put it that way it seems so simple, Mr. Holmes.
Allow me to dance at your wedding via skype!
