I’m not sure sure I’d call him the most polarizing, possibly most over rated but I’ll go with 33/67 that he’ll still be here. I think he’ll take a pay cut or some sort of incentive/restructured contract so he can stay in Dallas.

100% I'm getting so I don't care because if he stays or goes it will make no difference..

If Dez stays I’ll be a happy man. I want him to be part of this team. With that said, I want him to be paid a salary that reflects his value which is definitely lower than his cap hit. If he accepts a salary reduction it’s a win/win, he’s not going to get his current salary from another team if we cut him, so take a take a market value pay cut here and we all move on.....

..I agree he stays...he'll probably take a $$$ cut...or at least it will seem like it...but with multiple ways of making up the money in the contract (Incentives$$$.)
I think they'll need him this season also!....Now next season is a whole different "ballgame."

70/30 he gets cut. All hinges on whether he's willing to swallow his pride and play for 7-8 mil in Dallas. (what he's worth on the open market)

That's about my open market price for him too.

If we draft a WR high, I expect we'll cut Dez outright after the draft. If we're feeling ruthless, we turn the screws on him, keep him for insurance, and cut him late in preseason.

The thing is, Williams' money is guaranteed. Can't cut him. Hurns seems like a Dez replacement, not a complement, and he has 2.5mil guaranteed. It's hard to see how keeping Dez makes sense after signing Hurns.

What in Hurns game makes you think he can replace Dez and not compliment.
