Hmmmm....long shot but Pats have 2 2nd round picks ( theirs and 49ers ). Could we actually see traded to Pats for their own 2nd ( 63rd I think ). Remember Belichick gave a 1st for Cook, so trades don't scare him. They lost Cook and Amendola. They need a vet in the worst way coz I can't see them trust any WRs in the draft. They can restructure Dez deal with little less money ($10M) but more guarantee. Say what you want but this is a trade that makes a lot of sense. Win-win all around for Dez, Pats, and Cowboys.

Pro Bowl receiver Dez Bryant might be on his way out of Dallas. If so, it could set off a a big-time bidding war for one of the game's most explosive wideouts, when healthy. SportsLine's oddsmakers have released lines on likely destinations for the 29-year-old star. Let's break them down.

Which team will Dez Bryant play for in 2018?

New England Patriots: 3/1

Indianapolis Colts: 5/1

Washington Commanders: 5/1

Dallas Cowboys: 6/1

San Francisco 49ers: 6/1

Green Bay Packers: 6/1

Carolina Panthers: 10/1

What are all these posters, anti Dez posters mostly, goin to do after they find out Dez is still here after tomorrow.
Create even more how we will suck with Dez here. Whine, go away?

What are the odds of each?

I said it before and still say it, the Cowboys are doing Dez a favor by releasing him........if it happens instead of trade.

Yes becasue his chances of getting a SB ring by contributing to a real team is better than staying here with a worse team. Which is what they will be with out Dez.

Jerry goes to Vegas and puts down 5 million on Dallas. Wins 15 million, pays NFL and pockets the rest. What disguise do you think Jerry would wear to make that bet?

With our luck Dez will burn us AND HAVE HIS BEST YEAR. Then score the winning TD in the championship game or SB...lol...the old JJ CURSE.

When he said “explosive” I can only assume he was referring to Dez’s behavior.

That of a serial killer or a clown?

I hope it's the Pats......I want to see how a real HC handles his first temper tantrum......then who he goes to after BB cuts him.
And let's see how Brady deals with it.

I don't see NE picking him up, unless it's really cheap and little guaranteed.

These coaches and GMs talk. If there was a big market for him, some team would be willing to give up a pick. They wouldn't be on the hook for any guaranteed money by picking up the contract. Now they could be thinking the same as Dallas in that he's not worth the 12.5 per year and think they can get him for cheap.

Interesting clause in his contract.
  • 500,000 Annual base salary de-escalators for missing workouts
You don't see that in many contracts.

I've got no problem with that. It will just show the FO what a buffoon our HC is.
