Huh? Switzer doesn't get caught from behind. Beasley ALWAYS gets caught from behind.

Teams have figured out how to take Beasley out of the offense. You just bracket him inside and out. He can't go downfield, nor does Dak want to throw it there anyway.

Beasley is a nice player, although it amazes me that he isn't dead yet. He gets absolutely pummeled.

So where are we going now ?

This thread is about trading for thomas.

If you think beasley is not good enough thats fine with me. I watched him the whole season and switzer too and i think beasley right now is way better then switzer.

If you want to trade beasley away thats fine. I wouldnt do it because of the reasons i mentioned in this thread. Which you didnt seem to have arguments against. Otherwise you would not hold fast onto something that is essentially irrelevant for this conversation.

Derwin James is expected to be special. I wouldn't hate this.

Yeah you would trade a first and sec for a rookie. But then you would also trade a sec and beasley for a as you said best safety in pro football. That means you value beasley as a (minimum) first round pick. Right ? Right.

Both ideas are very smart management decissions.

My sources told me that the Earl Thomas trade could happen before the draft. Its coming down to a second round pick. I wouldnt do it!
He will be a FA after this year!
