Still remember when he was drafted, and read the draft magazine I had gotten off rack, which had him listed as the best TE in the draft, yet fell to the 3rd round. Boy, I was so happy. Never in my wildest dreams did I know he would be what he became. The guy just loved being a Cowboy and wearing the star. I have tears in my eyes now with all the great memories over the years watching him. Gonna miss him, but will be cool to hear his voice on Monday Night.

Did you see the video on the local news of his actual quote at the banquet? He never said he wanted to play until 40 - he basically said 'who knows, maybe I'll be like some of these guys playing to 40'. Not the same at all.

Better hope we don’t lose Zeke to an injury or any more suspensions or this offense may not crack the top 20 in 2018. We may have a tough time cracking the top 20 with Zeke. The offense ranked 14th last season, one of the Cowboys lowest offensive rankings in years. Our defense better be good in 2018.
