If not, that #38 is always set to impressMaybe LVE can play a little TE

Not sure if it would have made a difference.Uh, he couldn't have made this decision before the draft?
Bye. I side with the team over any player.Man you are cold. Guess I will be cold and put you on ignore.
Exactly. That had to play a role in his decision.I certainly don't think Witten believes they are close to a Super Bowl anymore, or he'd stay.
Yep. Completely selfish and self-centered. Actually believes he's special because of all the tongue bathing people do over him.
go inSomething funny is in the air right now around this organization.

Don't say that on here champ. If u don't say Witten was the best TE in the league & he was such a leader& a high character guy& cliche-cliche-cliche uggh, they will tell you to leave this site;'-)lol yeah u wouldn't be able to be apart of the "in-crowd" on a Dallas cowboys message board site:;'-))Btw a surprise retirement is as unclassy a move Witten has made to an organization who has never done him a disservice.
Hate to say it but thought the same thing. There are no real signs that we're close to a championship run at this point. His friend Romo now out and 82 sees the writing on the wall.I certainly don't think Witten believes they are close to a Super Bowl anymore, or he'd stay.
Hard to believe since 2016 the Cowboys offense has lost Tony Romo, Dez Bryant and Jason Witten. No one could have predicted that. Once you get past Zeke this offense has nothing. We lose Zeke to an injury or another suspension and we may never get the ball in the endzone.
Lordy, that leaves a big hole on the O.
So who starts in his place? What big hole? Are you serious? Dude was done
Probably a combination of all those things, but I have to think that it's mostly that he doesn't think he can perform at the right level anymore.
The NFC is still garbage, the Cowboys have as good a shot as most everyone.
