i'm not saying he isn't going to be good or i'm not excited about the pick, just don't judge that comment about 1 sack at face value and think he can walk right in and be an all pro RT playing at a higher level than lael last year.....

He'll reportedly play OG. His versatility makes him a real value.

Weird player. Seems almost like a Larry Allen in terms of punch and movement, but just doesn't get low and drive like you need in a G.

Should be a monster of a guard. Shouldn't be that good a T, for length, bend, and footwork. But looks better as a RT. Looks good. Out muscles guys with his upper body. We'll see if opponents find a way to counter his unique style.

The post i responded to insinuated based on 1 person getting a sack on williams that he could step in and play better than lael did. Its called reality. 1 person getting a sack on you all season doesnt always mean he played that well.. and for the record, if u read the corresponding posts, i like the pick and think hes gonna be good. Just that stat was misrepresented. I went to md and watched that whole game is the only reason i mentioned 1 game as opposed to the rest of the season

I'd be more excited about Armstrong if we ran a 3-4. I don't know if he can hold up in the NFL as a down defensive end.

That's something that needs to be looked at as a rate statistic. Only six tackles played more snaps than Collins did last season.

Collins so far in his career hasn't been good at either Guard or Tackle, let alone outstanding. He did seem to improve a little at tackle as the year went on last year so here's hoping he can at least become an above average right tackle.

You can spin it any way you want but the fact is you crapped on Williams for the MD game. Cut and dry.
