this is an old narrative. Much more likely the doing of GM who admits he didn't place enough urgency during Romo career. If you need more evidence, watch All or Nothing. The dallas cowboys are Jones personal playground and most of their time is spent marketing and increasing market cap of cowboys not winning super bowls.

Ware got his ring. But yeah if it wasn’t for signing with Denver that would have been a hall of fame pass rushing career down the tubes.

Why should I watch it? He's acting for the cameras while his performance when it matters most sucks.

I would watch it so you can better understand why this thing has stalled for past 22 years. It became pretty clear to me after about 15 minutes.

I have to agree with Wood......Jerry wasted Romo's career. He should have won a SB with Romo....no excuses.

Ruined HOF careers and all time franchise leading passer careers ? Lol

Typical Super Bowl or bust mentality .

It's not just about championships, it's about talent that should've went further than they did. You get a few windows and either you take advantage or you waste them.

Waste is a powerfully misleading term. A HOF career would not be considered wasted .

It’s obviously not these HOF talents fault there wasn’t a better team built around them. It’s why Jerry’s Head was slumped , not Wittens.

HOF is a much more gratifying achievement personally than winning a championship with a team anyway.

There is no way you can be a Cowboys fan and think that Chan Gailey, Wade Phillips, or Dave Campo were better coaches than Garrett.
Don't forget Switzer! Standing on the side lines with that confused look on his face. He tripped and fell into a Super Bowl contender. He just didn't do enough to screw us out of one more Lombardi in the 90s. (I might be a little bitter.)

There’s no guaranteees that these great talents will have great teams around them.

This is so silly. Or childish.

These great talents went as far as they could with the support they had. There’s no shame in that.

So did any of those guys have a part in NOT winning a SB? I mean look, I love everyone that you mentioned and yes I think it is horrible guys like Romo and Witten didn't get a ring. But they all played a part in not winning, to blame a coach, or FO completely is not logical.

It's Jerrah's fault. JG is just a puppet. Jerrah could've gotten rid of the scarlet clap years ago.

Witten and Ware are first ballot HOF players. So, you can't really argue Garret ruined their careers. They excelled in spite of the circumstances. I agree that his predictable offense did Romo no favors. But, Dez was ruined by injuries and his own attitude.
