Green was a little different
He spent first year at tackle then got switched to guard and spent much of camp there before being moved back to OT
Neal hasn’t even had a practice at FB so don’t see how it could matter to him

Agreed. But of course while it's true that Green is in a different situation, the reality is that backup O-Linemen very often have to have the ability to help out at in multiple roles in order to stick with a team. I don't understand how some fans don't understand that coaches not only have to make decisions, they have the right to them, and when they make them it doesn't automatically mean they are screwing anyone.

if so its more about Bo and Olawale and Smith that all can play FB now with some skills to actually tote the rock some less to do with Dline..

You may be right that the moving played a part with Green, but I don't think that necessarily means the Cowboys screwed Green. They gave him a chance to fill a role.
