What are some bold roster moves you have that may come from Training Camp?

What are some bold roster moves you have than may come about from TC?
And why?

I will start with..if Austin can do several thing, as he will be the Dunbar role, we will refer to as the Austin role, return punts and kicks. But also, if he can do Beasley's job, and they like Scarbrough enough. Is Beasley's job in jeopardy?

I actually think this can be a possibility and may want this to happen. I am not sold on Bo yet, but could get on board with this.
 
Well, mods, can you edit the title to be...bold roster move predictions from training camp...or something similar.
 
I have a real good feeling about Conner Williams. In addition to being a bigtime talent I have a feeling that he is going to come into camp like a MAN ON FIRE, like he's REALLY out to prove something. I can easily see him coming into camp and seizing that starting left guard spot rather quickly. IMO that kid is a fantastic blend of athleticism, brawn, and WINNING ATTITUDE. Big future for that kid in Dallas.

I think he makes the roster but will be a gameday inactive. He's not leap-frogging Smith on the depth chart.

No I think Bease’s job is secure for at least this year. Cutting him would leave them with just one WR that is familiar with the offense.

Yes I think drafting him in the second round almost guarantees him the starting job. Especially with what they have at LG.

Getting rid of Bease is not on the table. It isn't even under the table. It is nowhere near the table.

True. But I think its also a bit more than that. Even if they had better competition there I feel like he would still TAKE IT for his own. More about HIM personally than the competition or his draft status.

That is why it is called a bold prediction. :laugh:
He is 29, can save on cap $$$, and if a player can do what he does, you never know.
 
There is a very good chance this is Beasley last year. He is a free agent after this season, getting some age on him and will be expensive to keep
As for Austin I wouldn’t even let him watch a punt return, but I think he can make some plays in the “Dunbar role” and on a jet sweep or two a game. Gives defenses something else to think about. Also he may be able to make some kick returns with new rules against teams who can’t kick it out of end zone. One thing I think will end is kicking it high and at the front of the end zone wanting teams to return
My bold prediction is Rico earns a spot and impacts an nfl roster solely as a receiving TE
Not sure it will be here, but if it’s not then it’s our loss

I agree. His experience is needed and it may not be as easy to double team him this year with other reliable receiving options.

Bease needs more time to work on his music career because what he just released is terrible. Release this guy. Tavon can do anything asked of Bease, just better. Here's a thought... Tavon probably raps better too.
