A lot of things have happened to reshape the Dallas Cowboys this offseason. There is always roster overhaul, but this year, with the retirement of Jason Witten, and the decision to cut Dez Bryant and Orlando Scandrick, it seems like the Cowboys have moved into a place where new leaders are going to have to emerge.
But it's not just the players. While the team kept Jason Garrett, Scott Linehan, and Rod Marinelli, they have a new special teams coordinator, and replaced most of the key coaches just below these guys - coaches who tend to have the closest relationship with the players in their position groups.
I'm excited by these changes, and think the team will be much better for them. Here's a rundown of some of the things that are getting me excited, not in any particular order. Which ones move you the most?

Ha, I would have to agree. Seems like that is all we had during training camp last year, the dreaded hamstring virus. Seemed like everyone was struck down. This is an easy one. No one has strained a hamstring yet.
