A lot of things have happened to reshape the Dallas Cowboys this offseason. There is always roster overhaul, but this year, with the retirement of Jason Witten, and the decision to cut Dez Bryant and Orlando Scandrick, it seems like the Cowboys have moved into a place where new leaders are going to have to emerge.

But it's not just the players. While the team kept Jason Garrett, Scott Linehan, and Rod Marinelli, they have a new special teams coordinator, and replaced most of the key coaches just below these guys - coaches who tend to have the closest relationship with the players in their position groups.

I'm excited by these changes, and think the team will be much better for them. Here's a rundown of some of the things that are getting me excited, not in any particular order. Which ones move you the most?

New coaches.

New FO attitude. Caution with Irving and 2'nd round tender. Caution with Tank and tag but no long term contract. Not going nuts in the war room after Witts declaration. Moving on from Dez. Cap and spending under control

The news that Garrett had control of the offense last year, and Linehan has been given control this year. That gives some hope that problems might get fixed, and we'll have an improvement over last year's clown show.

Jaylon, Jaylon, Jaylon, Connor, Connor, Connor, and Rookie MLB close 2nd. Lot’s to be excited about going into the 2018 season. Don’t want to be to negative in this thread, but Garrett brings me back to the reality of the situation.
